Jennifer Graeber

Jennifer Graeber, aged 63, of Woolwich Township, tragically passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, October 31, 2025. Born in Washington, D.C., she was the cherished daughter of the late Stanley Lach and Mary (nee Jesup). Jennifer was a proud graduate of West Deptford High School, Class of 1980, where she not only excelled academically but also played a vital role in the school's marching band, showcasing her artistic spirit and teamwork.
For many years, Jennifer dedicated herself to serving her community as a postal carrier in Swedesboro, where she was known for her friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond for her customers and coworkers. Besides her commitment to her job, she nurtured her creativity through various hobbies, including floral arrangement and wood carving classes. Cooking was another passion of hers; she delighted in preparing meals and sharing them with her family and friends, often gathering loved ones around her table to create cherished memories.
Family and friends knew Jennifer as a pillar of support, always there in times of need with an open heart and a listening ear. Above all, she treasured her time spent at Disney World and other attractions in Florida, creating magical moments that her family will forever hold dear.
Jennifer is survived by her devoted husband of 46 years, Michael Graeber; her children, Michelle (and her husband James), Brooke, Kenny, Robin, Elias, and Joan; as well as her beloved grandchildren-Thomas, Sophia, LJ, Zechariah, Michael, Dawson, Julieta, and another Michael-who brought her immense joy and pride.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects and celebrate Jennifer's life during visitations from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday, November 4th, and from 10:00am to 11:00am on Wednesday, November 5th, at Smith Funeral Home, located at 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ. A heartfelt funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, followed by interment at Mullica Hill Baptist Cemetery in Mullica Hill, NJ.
