Jennifer Graham Obituary
Jennifer Lee Graham, 41, of Manchester, passed away unexpectedly on October 12, 2023.
Born in Manchester on September 19, 1982, she grew up playing baseball for Central Little League and played softball for Memorial High School. Jennifer had a big heart and a love for animals. She volunteered at animal shelters helping cats and would spend hours upon hours of her time gathering stray cats so they would not be left in the cold.
Jennifer is survived by her two children, Lacy Marie Gramatikas and Luke Tyler Gramatikas; parents, Brian and Brenda Graham; sister Tiffany Graham; and her nieces and nephews, Kaylee, Junior, and Isabella.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, October 27th from 6-7pm at The Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester. A memorial service will follow at 7pm in the funeral home. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend.
