Jennifer A. Melady of Middletown, died unexpectedly, Sunday, June 18, 2023 at home. She was 51.
She was born August 15, 1971 in Flushing, NY the daughter of the late Gary Lee Sanders and Lorie Weiss Ford.
Jen was a loving daughter, mother, and grandmother. She loved to spend time with her family and her two cats, Spazz and Zee. She was an avid crafter who loved her diamond paintings. She will be greatly missed.
Surviving are: Her beloved children, Zachary Melady and his wife Marina, Brooke Taylor and her husband Jonathan, Raymond Anderson, and Cassandra Anderson; mother, Lorie Weiss Ford; brother, Derrick Ford; grandchildren, Emma Melady, Gavin Melady and Avah Anderson.
Also many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her father, Frank Ford, Sr., in 2005 and her longtime partner, Ray Anderson in 2021
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Jennifer's life on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 1:00pm at the Knights of Columbus, 63 Seward Ave., Port Jervis, NY 12771.
Cremation will be at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford, PA. Funeral arrangements are by the GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis. For additional information or to send a condolence note to the family please visit www.grayparkerfuneralhome.com.
