Jennifer Dawn Mingo, daughter of Carolyn Mingo and the late Walter G. Mingo, was born June 16, 1983 in Trenton, NJ. She departed this life on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at Capital Health, Hopewell Campus.
Jennifer received her early education at the Faith Christian Academy and Blessed Sacrament School. She graduated from Notre Dame High School and continued her education at Bowie State University earning an Associate Degree in Communication.
She worked in several industries as a communication advisor. Her most recent employment was in the healthcare sector with J. Knipper & Co.
Jennifer loved culinary arts and enjoyed grilling and experimenting with different types of food. She had an endless and heartfelt passion for the musical artist, DMX! She was also an avid fan of the Washington Commanders Football Team.
She was a member of Trenton Deliverance Center under the pastorate of Rev. Mark Broach.
In addition to her father, Jennifer is predeceased by an uncle, Bruce Camp.
Jennifer leaves to mourn and cherish precious memories her four children, Christian C. Van Norden, Kassidy T. Johnson, Kurtis T. Johnson, and Kanaan G. Johnson; mother, Carolyn Mingo; two sisters, Michele Kelsey (Dywon) and Antoinette Still; brother, Mahogany M. Mingo (Barbara); aunts, Mary Ann Smith, Kathy Gaines, Brenda Camp and Maxine Camp Sanders; uncles, Robert Camp, James Oneal Camp, and Darryl Camp; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
