Jeraldine Clester Obituary
Jeraldine Clester, 82, of Payne, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2025, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
Jeri was born in Payne on May 6,1943, a daughter of the late Opal (Bouillon) & Jesse Sauder.
Jeri worked for many years in various roles in manufacturing, and later in life work as a housekeeper for a few different families. Jeri enjoyed watching old western movies and Star Trek reruns. She also had a fondness for cats, most recently her cat, Tiger. In recent years, Jeri found great joy in meeting with her fiends in the nursing home and playing weekly Bingo. Jeri was a strong willed woman, who will be missed by all that knew her.
She is survived by her sister, Margaret (Mike) Zartman-Schnoover; nieces & nephews, Vickie (Chris) Rhoades, Wendy (Rick Stutz) Sauder, Kammie Hunter, Derek Sauder, Barry Sauder, Scottie Sauder, Parker Radike, Maya Radike and Malea Radike; many great nieces and nephews & great great nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Robert Wayne Sauder, Kenneth Sauder, & baby brother, David & nephews, Robert Tad Sauder and Preston Radike.
Viewing is Tuesday, September 30th from 4-7 PM at Dooley Funeral Home, Payne.
Service is Wednesday, October 1st at 10:30 AM with viewing one hour prior, at the funeral home.
She will be laid to rest in Wiltsie Cemetery, Payne.
