Jerelyn Ann Lowe 83 of Bella Vista, Arkansas passed February 14, 2026 at home surrounded by her family. Born July 20, 1942 in Grand Rapids, Minnesota to the late Allen and Vivian Werner. As a child in Minnesota her favorite things to do were swimming in the lake, ice skating on the creek and playing on the farm with her sister Judy whom she was practically inseparable from. Jerelyn Graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in art and later went back and earned her teaching certificate. Eventually moving to Bella Vista, Arkansas at age 63. Jerelyn and her husband Don went on many trips together notably; Yellowstone national park, Italy, and Colorado. She loved to read. Jerelyn was a very talented watercolor artist and wonderful reading teacher. You would often find her walking her street and meeting with neighbors, she was loved by many.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years Don Gordon Lowe, her sons Shon(Norma), Ryan(Adrianna), her daughter Amber(Daniel), her grandchildren Cole, Chase, Abigail, Jeremiah, Creek, Ethan, Jake, Isabella and great grandson Virgil. She was reunited in heaven with granddaughters Olivia and Sophia.
