Jeremiah Dale Perdue, 45, went Home to be with the Lord on February 26, 2025. He was born on March 2, 1979, in Claremore, Oklahoma.
Jeremiah was a "man's man," and a "swiss army knife" of all trades. He was curious and smart and loved to learn how things worked. He enjoyed working on engines and customizing cars. Jeremiah also loved dirt track racing and going fast on and off the track.
Jeremiah enjoyed spending time outside and having "redneck fun." You could always count on having fun with him. Jeremiah was also a great cook; good enough that he was the only one to be taught his mother-in-law's famous fry bread recipe. He was also known for his holiday popcorn, which he loved to pass out after Thanksgiving.
Jeremiah may have had a rough exterior, but he truly had a kind heart and a giving nature. He was always willing to help others. He loved to spend time with his family and friends and his dogs, Oakley and Oscar. Jeremiah was also a man of God and attended the Countryside Bible Church in Colcord, OK.
Jeremiah was a loving husband, father, brother, son, and friend whose memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
He is preceded in death by his father, Dale Eugene Perdue; grandparents, Letha Perdue and Dolen Perdue; and several aunts and uncles.
He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Sophia Perdue of Siloam Springs, AR; son, Will Perdue of Siloam Springs, AR; sisters, Cherry Gill and husband Mike of Bixby, OK, Stephanie Perdue of Southwest City, MO, and Payge Riverwoulf-Perdue; mother, Susan Johnson; mother-in-law, Judy Ketcher of Siloam Springs, AR; father-in-law, Terry Lynch of Siloam Springs, AR; brothers-in-law, Kaw-Liga "Chooch" Quinn and wife Letitia "Choc" of Rocky Ford, OK, Ryker Riepma of Siloam Springs, AR, Dymond Lynch of Siloam Springs, AR; sisters-in-law, Kalena "Dee" Humphrey and husband James of Grove, OK, and Angel Cobb and husband Eli of Siloam Springs, AR; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at Wasson Funeral Home on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
