Jeremy Blake Pittman, 42, of Homerville passed away, April 17, 2024, at Emory St. Joseph’s Hospital in Atlanta after an illness. He was born in Ware County to Neil and Debbie Holton Pittman on October 1, 1981.

This past football season, he also served as "The Voice of the Panthers" on WBTY's radio broadcasts of games. Blake was a fixture at almost every CCHS athletic event, loved the Panthers and Pantherettes, and served as a mentor to many of the community's young people.
A talented musician, Blake served several churches over the years in their choir, band, or in leading the music. He was a member of Homerville Free Will Baptist Church.
