Jeremy C. Pope, 46, of
Midway, Utah passed away on April 18, 2023, in a tragic car accident. Jeremy was born in
Bountiful, Utah on April 7, 1977, to Randy Craig Pope and Melanie White. He graduated from Woods Cross High School.
Jeremy was called to serve a mission in Adelaide, Australia for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His mission was one of the best times of his life. He learned many life lessons and made lifelong friendships. Upon his return he attended the University of Utah where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in business. During this time, he found the love of his life, Tiffany Knight. They were married and sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on December 1, 1999.
Tiffany was his best friend and his whole world. They built a beautiful life together. Their children Adelaide (19), Hailey (17), Lincoln (15), Brinley (13), and Vance (8) were his everything. He loved spending time with family, it didn't matter if it was a quiet evening at home, boating, traveling, or taking walks, he cherished every minute with them and often felt like they needed to do EVERYTHING together. Jeremy was extremely proud of each one of his children and the people they were becoming.
Jeremy was so gifted in his professional life. His entrepreneurial acumen launched his career early where KNS International evolved into a successful footwear company. His love for shoes has built a solid organization where his legacy will live on. He also had a passion for real estate and enjoyed the challenge and possibilities it brought to his life.
Jeremy had a genuine love for people. He made friends wherever he went and was always looking for opportunities to make people's days a little brighter. He loved to quietly serve those around him. Because he grew up in a single mom household, he had a tender place in his heart for single moms and he loved to help them. He was a wealth of knowledge and was always very quick to make sure that he let everyone know that "attitude is everything".
His zest for life was infectious and he had an endless amount of energy. There were countless late-night texts and phone calls to those people close to him regarding business ideas, trips to be planned, golf, skiing, or just a late-night movie. He was always up for a house full of people and enjoyed making them feel welcome in his home.
Jeremy was an avid sports fan. He especially loved to support and cheer on the LA Dodgers, and the Utah Jazz. He would often comment if you were wearing the wrong jersey and let you know who you should be supporting. Jeremy was very mischievous. He was always pulling pranks and trying to embarrass you in front of whoever was there. His fun loving, humorous personality will live with us forever as we remember the laughter and fun, he brought us.
There are many people left behind that will miss Jeremy deeply. Don't miss a moment to tell your family and friends that you love them.
Survived by his wife Tiffany Knight Pope, kids Adelaide, Hailey, Lincoln, Brinley, and Vance Pope. Father Randy Pope, Mother Melanie White, half Brother Brayden Tackett, Grandparents Ronald and Christine Pope, Father/Mother-in-law David and Marilyn Knight, Brother and Sister in Laws, Jeff and Jennifer Knight, Julie and Jeff Longmore, Karen and Kyle Green, Jeremy and Kathi Knight, and many nieces and nephews who will dearly miss their Uncle Jeremy, cousin Trevor and Loralee White and family.
Preceded in death by his Grandparents Fern and George White who meant a lot to Jeremy and were very influential in his life.
Jeremy's Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, April 26th at 1:00 PM at the Midway West Stake Center, 165 N Center St,
Midway, Utah. A time for visitation with the family will take place prior, from 10:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the same place. Burial will follow immediately after, at 3:30 PM at the Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E 10600 S,
