It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeremy Scott Sala, beloved husband, son, brother, and friend, who left us at the age of 33. Jeremy passed away on September 1, 2025, and is survived by his devoted wife, Kaylee Sala, and his cherished dogs, Goose and Muzzy.

Born to Chester Sala, who predeceased him, and Diane Sala-Swavely in Monongahela, Pa., Jeremy was a loving son and brother. He is also survived by his sister, Kelly Richter, and brother, Mark O'Bryon, along with his nephews, Aiden O'Bryon, Christian Richter, Wildie Richter, and Roman Laughard. Jeremy was deeply cherished by a large extended family, including aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom will honor his memory.

A United States Army veteran, Jeremy exemplified courage and commitment throughout his life. His love for the outdoors was evident; he found immense joy in hunting and fishing, always seeking adventure amidst nature. Whether in the serene woods, tranquil waters, or under the stars, Jeremy cherished every moment spent outdoors.

Jeremy's kind heart and contagious laughter will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Jeremy, known throughout his life for helping others, continued to give following his death by the gift of life - as an organ and tissue donor.

A memorial service will be held privately for the family. Arrangements are entrusted to C J Lucas Funeral Home Inc., 27 N. Vine St., Mt. Carmel, PA 17851, C J Lucas IV, Supervisor. To send condolences to the family, please visit www.cjlucasfuneralhome.com
