Jeremy Matthew Sipe, 44, of Elkton, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 9, 1980 in Rockingham County, Virginia and was the son of Wayne Junior Sipe and Laura (Mofield) Sipe.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert "Bob" and Louise Sipe, Pearl Elizabeth Coffey.

On December 8, 2001, he married his best friend, Bilita Nicole Sipe, who survives.

Jeremy was a graduate of Spotswood High School and a member of Bible Holiness Church. He was the founder and CEO since 2014 of Project Holy Nations. He will be missed by all those who knew and loved him. He was truly one of a kind. In the words of one of his Kenyan friends; he was more than a friend. He was a father figure, a servant to many and a pillar of strength and kindness in our lives. Jeremy gave selflessly, always ready to lift others even when no one asked. His heart was generous and his wisdom left lasting marks on everyone fortunate enough to know him. His absence leaves a space that cannot be filled but his legacy of love, service and strength will continue to live in all of us. We will carry his memory forward, inspired by the way he lived; with humility, compassion and unwavering faith. Jeremy loved fishing, cars, music and traveling but most of all, he loved his wife, his boy and Jesus.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Thomas Watson Sipe; brother, Jonathan Sipe and wife, Clairen; nieces and nephew, Reagan, Mason and Addilyn Sipe; father-in-law, Rev. William Watson and wife, Anita as well as many friends from around the world.

A Funeral Service will be conducted 2 p.m., Sunday, August 3, 2025 at Bible Holiness Church in Elkton, with Pastor Brent Gabbard officiating. Burial to follow at Elk Run Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday, August 2, 2025 at the church.
