Jeremy was a very loving and devoted husband and father to his wife and children. Jeremy also was a very determined gentleman who always loved to spark creativity in his mind and push himself to partake in projects. Jeremy enjoyed spending time with his family and his pets. Jeremy also enjoyed the time he spent as a grandfather to Davis McKay Haynes. Jeremy enjoyed cooking, grilling, and spending time outdoors. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 26, 2025, in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home officiated by Brother Jerry Patton with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, April 26th from 5:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Hillary Pevahouse Sisson; three daughters, Morgan Sisson Haynes (Logan) of Union City, Alyssa Sisson, Katherine "Kenzie" Sisson, both of Dyersburg, his bonus daughter, Savannah Flowers of Dyersburg; one granddaughter, Davis McKay Haynes; his sister, Haeven Sisson of South Fulton, TN; and his uncle who has been more like a brother, James Clayton of Cleveland. Ryan Pride, Michael Brandon, Donnie "Mac" Osteen, Bryan Nale, Tim Davis, Jeff Swinney, Ricky Hayes, and Chad Stephens will serve as pallbearers. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Owen and Geraldine Clayton.
The family requests memorials be directed to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, PO Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101-9929.
