Jerome Garnett Brinkley Sr.

Jerome Garnett “Jerry” Brinkley Sr., 85, of Griffin, Georgia, a veteran of the U.S. Army, and an employee with Haisten Funeral Home until his retirement, passed away at Christian Ministries Hospice on Saturday, November 4, 2000. Friends may visit the family on Monday, November 6, 2000, 7-9 p.m., at McCullough Funeral Home, 1155 Everee Inn Road, Griffin. Friends may visit at other times at the residence of Libby and Tony Able, 102 Maplewood Drive. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, November 7, at 11 a.m., officiated by the Rev. Tim Riordan. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Christian Ministries Hospice, 126 West Solomon Street, Griffin, GA 30223 or the building fund of the Crest View Baptist Church, 1670 North Expressway, Griffin, GA 30223.
