Jerome Cooks Obituary
It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Jerome A. Cooks who entered into rest May 10, 2024.
Mr. Cooks was a 1979 graduate of North Augusta High School and attended S. C. State University. He was the Lead Computer Tech for AG First Farm Credit Bank in Columbia, SC. He was a member of Second Providence Baptist Church.
Survivors include his parents, Thomas Lee and Florence Nealous Cooks; four brothers, Carnel Scott (Kim) Cooks, Patrick (Eva) Cooks, Donny (Jennifer) Cooks and Ronny Cooks; six sisters, Sherry (Rufus) Smith, Gayle (Frankie) Coleman, Carla Cruz, Lethea (Wayne) Cochran, Deanne Cooks and Inger (Elias) Camacho; childhood friends, Willie Mays and Michael Jefferson; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1 pm Saturday, May 18, 2024 at G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary with the Rev. Dr. Albert M. James officiating.
Professional Services are under the care of G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary-North Augusta.
