Jerome is survived by his Wife, Phyllis R. Herman of O'Fallon; Son, Marshall (Gina) Herman; Son, Stuart (Annette) Herman; Grandson, Brandon (Michelle) Herman; Grandson, Joshua Herman; Granddaughter, Charlotte Herman; Grandson, Garrett Herman; Great-Granddaughter, Lizzy Sinovcic; and Great-Granddaughter, Christina Herman.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Marvin Herman; Mother, Hilda Herman; and Brother, Lawrence Herman.
