JEROME ALOYSIUS VOKAS, age 94 of Novelty, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2024. Beloved husband of Leona (nee Krizman); loving father of Thomas Vokas (Janet), Martin Vokas (Melissa), and Janet Porter (Thomas); dearest grandfather of Todd Vokas (Mandie), Eric Vokas (deceased), Maggie Murray (Ryan), Zack Vokas (Lindsey), Leah Vokas, Madison Jones (Reid), Bernie Porter, Owen Porter (Anna), and Jack Porter; dear great grandfather of Marlowe and Wesley; brother of late Doris Cancik (late Robert), and the late Leonard Vokas (late Brenda). Jerome was married to his wonderful wife for 74 years. In addition to being a business owner, he loved golf, travel, and working in his yard. He enjoyed holiday gatherings with his family and taking photos. He loved his family and was deeply religious. Veteran, U.S. Air Force. Friends and family are invited to Mass of Christian Burial, Thursday, October 17 at 11:00 A.M., preceded by a visitation at 10:00 A.M., at the Church of the Holy Angels, 18205 Chillicothe Road, Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Burial to follow at All Souls Cemetery, Chardon, OH.
