Jerrett Dwain Manning, age 38, of Whiterocks, died May 11, 2025 from complications of a motorcycle accident.
Jerrett was born October 12, 1986, in Salt Lake City, to Emery Orrin Manning and June Marie Gardner.
Jerrett worked as a fire fighter for the BIA. He enjoyed fixing his truck, being an outdoorsman, and he was a gym rat. He loved boxing and competitions. He loved playing basketball with his Whiterocks “Brewers” team, getting tattoos, shopping, gaming, playing music, riding his bike and hanging with friends and family. He enjoyed babysitting the dogs and having mini sessions with them. He was an awesome uncle, “Uncle Hynee” to all his nieces and nephews. He was caring and always ready to help anyone. He had a big heart is loved by his daughter, “Teen Teen”.
He is survived by his daughter, Katrina Cornpeach, parents, Emery Manning and June Gardner, siblings, Andrew “Drew” (Rejeana) Manning, ShaLeen Herrald, and Shareen Herald.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Shayla Manning, Terrix Manning, Rotisha Herrald, aunt, Nelanna Manning, and grandfather, Clifton Manning.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Whiterocks Community Building. A wake will be held after 1:00 PM on Thursday at the same location.
Burial will be in the Ft. Duchesne Cemetery.
