Jerry Acosta, 35, entered into eternal rest on July 20, 2025 in El Paso, TX. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Carlos Acosta and Gloria Garcia. Jerry is survived by his wife, Janet Cardenas; his sisters, Christina Acosta, Angelica Olivas, Maribel Leyva, Angelita Olivas, Ruby Acosta and Melissa Acosta; brother Omar Olivas, who will honor and cherish his memory. Jerry was very loved and will always be missed.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary starting at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr., El Paso, TX 79907. A Mass will begin at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Mission, 131 S Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, TX 79907. A Graveside will follow at 11:15 AM at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, TX 79907 Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Americas.
