Jerry Bailey Obituary

Jerry was a veteran of the United States Army. He dedicated years of his life at Entenmann's and Colonial Bakeries.
Jerry loved being at his second home at Homeplace Campground in Quincy, Indiana. His happy place was out on the water fishing or playing Texas Hold'em. He adored and spoiled his wife, children, grandchildren, and his new great grandson, Waylon. He was the first person anyone called if they needed something. He loved helping people but always said "I didn't do anything.".
Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Rose Bailey; sons, Jeff (Lesley) Bailey and Jason (Courtney) Bailey; granddaughter, Katlynn (Brandon)(Waylon) Clayton; grandson, Jaxon (Madison) Bailey; and siblings; Lynn Twomey, Glenda (Tom) Ray, Steve (Michelle) Bailey, and Todd (Sharon) Bailey. He is loved by many.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Irene and Sister, Karen Davis. In-Laws, Louis and Faye Milli, Carolyn Duncan, Helen Kendrick, and Louis Milli. Grandson, Ryan Schnepp.
Please join us as we celebrate Jerry's life on July 12th at 1pm We will be outside so please dress as casual as you wish! We have will have food and water, but please bring a cooler with any other drinks you want!
Homeplace Campground

Quincy, Indiana
The speed limit for the campground is 10mph MAX! Please don't exceed this or you'll be fish food.
Arrangements have been entrusted to G. H. Herrmann Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
In lieu of flowers or other contributions, a collection box will be set up at the celebration. All donations will be saved for the annual Jerry Bailey Kid's Fishing Rodeo. If you'd like to mail a check to Homeplace, put JB Fishing Rodeo on the memo line.
