Born January 13, 1961 in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of the late Floyd and Betty Jane (Keene) Brown.
He was a self-employed Artist.
Survivors include:
Wife: Deborah Lynne (Berryman) Brown of Salem
Son: Joshua Brown of Borden
Daughter: Jheri Brown of Evansville
Brother: Buddy Williams of Nashville, Tennessee;
Sister: Helena Spicer and Kimberly (Chris) Massey, both of Austin, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jane Spicer and father, Eddie Spicer of Austin, Indiana and biological father, Floyd Brown of Chicago, Illinois; two sisters, Rita Pruske, Scottsburg, Indiana; Anita Stine, Grundy, Virginia; daughter, Faith Brown, Chicago, Illinois.
