Jerry Buckner Obituary

Jerry was born January 6, 1953 to his late parents, Noah and Della Marlor Buckner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jerry Wayne Buckner, and his brother, Danny Buckner.
Jerry owned and operated J&W Tires for several years. He had a special way with people and loved to help others in any way he could. He was very loved and will truly be missed.
Left to cherish his memory are his son, Dewayne Buckner; daughter, Lori Buckner; special friend, Kathy Buckner; sister, Milly Buckner; brothers, Cowboy Buckner (Betty Sue), Johnny Buckner and Don Buckner; and several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Richland Baptist Church, 47 Chestnut Ridge Ave, Woodfin, NC 28804, with Reverend Jack Gassaway officiating. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service at the church.
The family would like to give a truly special thank you to all his friends throughout his life.
