Jerry Allen Cole, 72, of Hilldale went home to be with the Lord, October 29, 2025 at his home following a sudden illness.
Born June 20,1953 in Hinton, West Virginia he was the son of Basil and Ruby Armentrout Cole.
Jerry loved classic vehicles, spending time with loved ones, working on vehicles, and playing horseshoes with his grandkids.
Besides his parents Jerry is preceded in death by his brother, Teddy Cole; his infant great grandson, Easton Michael Carter and nephew Matthew Cole.
Those left to cherish his memory include his companion of 24 years Bonnie Ward McKinney; four Brothers, Ronnie, Leroy, Ed and Bruce Cole; one sister, Nancy Fox and husband Paul Fox; three daughters, Rhonda Yopp and husband Michael Yopp of Lowell, Donna Boone and companion Brad Cain of Penny Lane and Teresa Cole and companion Garrick Brandon of Judson; two sons Jason Cole of Hinton and Jacob Cole and wife Teal of Hinton; eight grandchildren, Rochelle Brogan of Jumping Branch, Katelyn Yopp and companion Stevie Leach of Hilldale, Hayley Yopp and companion Misty Smith of Hilldale, Caleb Boone and companion Shyanne Reckseen, Casey Boone and companion Hannah Lemasters and Cara Boone and companion Timothy Sears, and Noah and Austin Cole; nine great grandchildren, Scarlet, Christopher, Everleigh, Olivia Brogan, Paisley Goodwin Yopp, Acelynn and Mason Leach, Koda Yopp, Wreston Sears, and a dear friend Laura Richmond.
A gathering of family and friends to celebrate his life will be held from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel. Following the visitation at Jerry’s request his body will be cremated.
