Jerry Combs leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: mother, Phyllis Combs of Hazard, Kentucky; daughter, Stephanie Nichelle Muccio & John of Indiana; son, Phillip Anthony Combs of Richmond, Kentucky; brother, Colborn "Colby" Grant Combs of Casey County; grandchildren, Raven, Finneus, Adelyn; nieces, Sunshine, and Shenandeah; nephews, Jacob Combs, and Cobey Alexander Combs; also a host of other relatives & friends survive.
Private Graveside Services to be held by the family at a later date.
