Anita Combs Obituary
Born to William Robert and Dora Alice (James) Deatherage on October 29, 1938, in Tecumseh, Oklahoma, where she remained most of her life.
She married Richard Darrel Combs on December 5, 2006, in Wewoka, Oklahoma.
Anita is preceded in death by her parents, William Robert and Dora Alice (James) Deatherage and one child.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Richard, of the home and four children; many extended family and friends.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Heritage Skilled Nursing Home in Tecumseh, Oklahoma as well as Emerald Hospice for the wonderful care given to Anita.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, December 13, 2025 and continue through service time. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 15, 2025, at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ellis Greg, Hart Street Full Gospel Church, Shawnee, Oklahoma. Service will conclude at the Chapel. Burial will be at Tecumseh Cemetery, under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home.
