Jerry Cullipher, 72, of Chandler, passed away on June 19, 2025. A gathering for family and friends to celebrate his life will take place on Saturday, June 28, 2025, beginning at 12:00 p.m. at the home of Danny Cullipher, located at 9171 CR 3407, Chandler, Texas.
Jerry Lynn Cullipher was born on May 13, 1953, in Selmer, Tennessee, to parents J.L. Cullipher and Thelma Gertrude (Carlton) Gilless. In his younger days, he enjoyed boxing. Jerry was a dedicated worker, spending over 50 years as a mechanic, and he also had experience driving a truck. He loved attending storage auctions as well. Jerry was known for his willingness to help others, always ready to lend a hand.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Leon Cullipher, Grover Cullipher, and Terry Cullipher; two grandchildren, Dylan McGee and Chloe McGee; and sister, Dorothy Cullipher.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie Cullipher of Chandler; his children, Michael Kalish, Barbara Reed and husband Kenneth of Chandler, Cheryl Cullipher of Tyler, Daniel Cullipher and wife Jennifer of Chandler, Travis McDaniel of Chandler, Brandy McDaniel of Chandler, and Jeremy Cullipher and wife Lindsey of Lake Charles, Louisiana; his brothers, Robert Cullipher and wife Gayla of Shreveport, Louisiana and Ray Cullipher and wife Edina of Durango, Colorado; 24 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Chandler Memorial Funeral Home family.
