Jerry Neal Flat Lip, Jr - Aákkbawachimicheésh "One Who Teaches" given to him by Barney Old Coyote, has made his way to his enteral home on August 21st. Jerry Junior was born September 3, 1986 in Crow Agency, Montana to Jerry Neal Flat Lip, Sr. and Julie Anne Rondeaux. His maternal grandparents were the late Timothy and Hilda "Tela" Rondeaux; his maternal Great-Grandparents were the late Jim & Leota Steele of Utah, Henry & Julia Rondeaux; his paternal grandparents were the late Lawrence Archie Flat Lip, Sr and Mary Frances Takes Gun-Childs. He was from the Arrow Creek District and a member of the Whistling Water Clan and a Child of the Bad War Deeds. He was also a member of the Native American Church, the Catholic Church, his God parents were the late Edward & Carol Whiteman, Jr. He was a praying man and was always willing to take the time to pray with you. Jerry Junior was a direct descendant of Chief Bird Hat, Chief Bell Rock, Chief Pretty Eagle, Chief Plenty Coups, Chief Long Hair (the signer of the 1825 Friendship Treaty), Thunder Iron, Frank Takes Gun and George Takes Gun.
He attended St. Charles Mission, Crow and Hardin Public schools, playing football for the Hardin Bulldogs. Jerry Junior was a "jack of all trades" working with Kirby Bromley, Custer Battlefield Trading Post & Café, and Security at the Warrior Sports events. He loved to cook, swim, hang out with his family, friends, and enjoyed going to Big Sky State Games to watch his Aunt Glynda play softball. He loved playing his video games, especially Fortnight and Call of Duty, and enjoyed going to the basketball courts, swimming in the ice-cold mountain waters of the Castle Rocks and having video game tournaments and teams with Lois, Cassius, Chezirae, Uriah, Archie Jr, and Yellowbeads Flat Lip. Even with all his hobbies, Jerry Junior always took the time to check on his family and friends, making sure that they were okay.
Jerry Junior was preceded in death by his parents, maternal great grandparents & grandfather, paternal grandparents, God parents, sisters Shelia Marie and Chenoah Rose Flat Lip, brother Samuel Frank Flat Lip, niece Jasmine Flat Lip, as well as many relatives and friends.
He is survived by his daughter Julieanna Laura Flat Lip, his adopted sons, Curtis Torralba and Brian Howe.
