Jerry Fross

Jerry L. Fross, a beloved member of the Spokane, Washington community, passed away on September 11, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was born on January 5, 1948, in Spokane, to his loving parents. Jerry is preceded in death by his mother and father, as well as his stepfather, and daughter. He is survived by his four sons, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, along with one brother and two sisters.
Jerry's career spanned many years at Kaiser Aluminum until he retired.
Jerry valued education and completed his studies at Lower Columbia Community College. This educational foundation enabled him to excel in his professional life and contributed to the knowledge he shared with others.
Jerry will be remembered for his outgoing personality and infectious laughter. He had an incredible sense of humor and took joy in making people laugh. His quick wit brightened countless lives and created lasting memories for those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Jerry was a proud veteran who served as a drill instructor in the US Army. His military service was a testament to his dedication to serving others with honor and integrity.
He found great happiness in pursuing his hobbies and interests. He had a passion for bowling and was known for delivering impressive strikes on the bowling alley lanes. Additionally, he enjoyed showcasing his pitching skills on the softball field.
Family was always of paramount importance to Jerry. Spending time with his loved ones brought him immeasurable joy. He leaves behind cherished memories that will forever be treasured by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
As we bid farewell to Jerry L. Fross today, we remember not only the remarkable achievements throughout his life but also the impact he had on those whose lives he touched. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing this exceptional man.
