Jerry Ray Hargrave, 82, of Carrollton, VA passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025. He was the son of the late William Henry Hargrave and Lula Idonia Bowden Hargrave. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Linda Faye Chandler Hargrave; daughter, Patricia Griffin; sons, Randy Hargrave, James Casey, Mike Casey, Willie Hargrave and Darrell Hargrave; grandchildren, Kirsten, Kara, Brynn, Grayson, Shawn, Ashlin, Zander, Aaron, Bryce, Brandon, Brody, Krystal and Casey; great grandchildren, Harper, Reef, Avery, Emmett and Kami.
“Pop” was a very loving husband, father and grandfather. Jerry enjoyed visits by his children and grandchildren and loved his animals. He was the life of the party and enjoyed dancing and listening to K C and the Sunshine Band. He was a past member of Carrollton Volunteer Fire Department and loved the action. He had a passion for classic cars, especially his 68’ Dodge Dart.
Service arrangements will be made at a later date, to be determined by the family.
