He was preceded in death by his parents; his precious wife, Dorothy; daughter, Ohal Jeneice (Ge-Ge) Applegate; two grandchildren, Braith and Jennifer; infant brother, Kenneth; oldest brother, Ruel; and twin brother, Gary.

Jerry is survived by his daughter and caregiver, Teresa Smith and husband Dean; son, Jerry (Bud) Hendrix Jr. and wife Jing; brother, Junior (Kay) Hendrix; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, niece, nephews, cousins, and other extended family along with lots of friends.
