Jerry W. King

Jerry W. King passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at the age of 67. He was a resident and native of Bueche, LA. Visitation will be held at Wilbert Funeral Home, Port Allen on Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 9am until religious services at 1pm, conducted by Pastor Freddie Rodrigue. Interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Lakeland, La. Jerry is survived by his wife, Gwen King; children, Kelsey Gosserand (Ricky), Jerron King (Lisa); stepchildren, Kyle Orr (Casey), Drew Orr, Danny Barbier (Jennifer), Donald Barbier (Heather), Dustin Barbier, and Abigail Harmon (Justin); sixteen grandchildren; one great grandson due in September; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, Fred and Nealie King; and brothers, Fred, Tommy and Joe King. Jerry loved to hunt and fish.
