On Friday June 24, 2022, Jerry "Juggy" Logue. Beloved husband of Kimberly A. Logue; father of Tara L Benzing (John) and Michelle A. Neidhardt (Brian); grandfather of John Benzing (Megan), Alex Gross (Ron), Brennan Neidhardt and Brayden "Brady Boy" Neidhardt, great grandfather of Adley Benzing; son of the late Dorothy and Harry Logue; brother of Connie Raspanti (late Jimmy), Bonnie Waters (late Jay), Larry Logue (Donna), Aggie Wosko (Jerry), Cathy Acklin (Dan) and the late Harry Logue (late Pat) and Terry Logue; former husband of the late Rosie Boyle Logue. Jerry was a U.S. Veteran and Allegheny County Police Officer, retiring after 28 years as a narcotics detective. Jerry is also survived by many nieces and nephews who will fondly remember "Uncle Jug" as well as many friends. Jerry was a proud Irishman, a beer and oldies lover and an esteemed graduate of Morganza University and The School of Hard Knocks. Friends will be received at John A. Freyvogel Sons, Inc. (freyvogelfuneralhome.com) 4900 Centre Avenue at Devonshire Street on Sunday from 1-7p.m. Funeral Monday, Mass of Christian Burial, Blessed Trinity Parish at Holy Angels Church at 10:30a.m.
