In addition to his parents, Mike is preceded in death by his brother, Richard Richeson.
Mike is survived by his wife of 36 years, Melaine Roy Richeson; son Jamey Richeson; daughter Rhinnon Reynolds Colquitt; brother, best friend and hunting buddy, Fred Richeson and wife Kathy; brother Frankie Richeson and wife Carolyn; sister Amy Richeson Maynard; mother and father-in-law James "Buddy" and Deloris Sue Roy. Also left to cherish his memory are several brothers and sisters-in-law, sisters and brothers-in-law; as well as a large extended family and too many friends to list.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the Christianburg Cemetery in Sweetwater. Officiating will be Freddy Crabtree. Pallbearers will be Jerod Richeson, Seth Richeson, Ryan Hockman, Tommy Saint, Rodney Packett and Chris Stapp. Honorary pallbearers are Jesse Belk, Kale Belk and Jhett Thompson.
Kyker Funeral Home in Sweetwater is honored to serve the Richeson Family.
