Jerry D. Robertson

Jerry D. Robertson, age 78, of Vernon, AL, passed away on Monday, October 13, 2025 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS. Memorial services will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 2:00pm at First Baptist Church in Vernon, AL. Burial of cremains will be in the Lamar Memory Gardens. Bro. Joe Beckon and Bro. Brandon Phillips to officiate. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the memorial service from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.

Jerry was born on May 13, 1947 in Fayette, AL to the late Erbie D. Robertson and the late Helen Marie Crawford Robertson. He was a 1965 graduate of Lamar County High School. Jerry retired from General Tire in Columbus, MS. He was a proud Mason and enjoyed being outdoors, especially going hunting and fishing. Jerry loved his family dearly and his bright spirit and tender heart will always be cherished and greatly missed by all who loved and knew him. He was a member of Vernon First Baptist Church.

Grandchildren: Jaylee Derst

Gracie King, Maddie King
