Jess Carroll Obituary
A native of Ojai, California, he is the son of the late J.D. and Bobbie Jo Ward Carroll. He was high school graduate, but never married.
He is survived by his cousin whom he shared a home with, John Holt of Manchester, Tennessee.
Per his wishes, he will be cremated with no services being planned at this time.
