His family on March 28, 2026.
He was born December 25, 1941, in Leslie, West Virginia, the son the late Hellen York.
Jesse was a retired welder in Columbus, Ohio.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Annie Barnhart, children Tina Counts, Jesse (Donna)
Barnhart Jr., Keith (Jessica Steele), and Lillian (Mike) Plotner; Grandchildren Richard Hamilton,
Rebecca (Andrew) Kramer, Ruby Hamiliton, Markita (Travis) Russell, Jesslyn (Ryan) Stanley,
Morgan Steele, Kaelin Steele, and Brooklynn Sherman; Great-grandchildren Kelsey Kramer,
Kami Stanley, Ayden Stanley, Kinzleigh Stanley and Kagan Russell; his siblings Kathy Ames and
Dianna Imboden.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister Linda Deal.
Visitation will be Wednesday April 1, 2026, from 6-8 P.M., at Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home
In Albany, Ohio. A graveside service will be Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 1 P.M. in Riggs Cemetery
In Pageville, Ohio.
