Oh my, what can I say about Jessie - I could write all day. He was a very special man, kind, dedicated, friendly, very professional, always teaching, very supportive, and genuine are only a few words to describe how special he was. He was there for you when you needed someone. I met Jessie when I volunteered for Desert Storm and continued our working friendship when I went to work for him as an Emergency Communications Specialist. He coached me through some challenges and complex cases. He gave so much to so many and never asked for anything in return. He will be missed here on earth but I suspect his work is not done as he serves the Lord in other ways. May his wife and family find comfort in knowing he touched others and guided them in their quest for success. Bless you.

Honored to have had Jesse as a fellow Navy Man & Red Crosser.
A very wise and humble person, he was a positive and prominent role model to his coworkers, friends, and family which will continue to influence
our lives indefinitely. GODSPEED brother! Thoughts & Prayers to Jesse's loved ones.

JW was a real man who loved his wife, Mildred and daughter Brett. so much and was a man of few words but when he spoke it was with wisdom and without apology. I am blessed to call him friend. We shared some personal things decades ago and he had a PERSONAL relationship with God and was a peace with his Savior, Jesus Christ. Rest in Peace. We know you are with those who are in The "Cloud of Witnesses. Praying God's comfort for his wife, Mildred and daughter, Brett and her family. Free at Last !!!
