Jesse was born January 2, 1933 in Nashville, Tennessee, the daughter of Leroy and Cannie Owens. She owned and operated Fenton Road Arts and Crafts. She enjoyed Bingo.
Surviving are: Son, Peyton Scott Edmonson; grandchildren, Tony, Aaron, and Sophie; sister Barbara Jean. She was preceded in death by her parents. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
