Jesse D. Freeman, 19, of Southington, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 16, 2021.
Jesse was born on August 2, 2002 in Bristol, CT and graduated from Southington High School, Class of 2021. He lived his life to the fullest, in spite of his struggles with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. He loved reading, especially fan fiction, anime and fantasy. Jesse was passionate about history and loved to share his knowledge with family and friends. He will be remembered for his contagious smile.
Jesse is survived by his mother, Lisa Klee and Brian Hinton of Southington and father, Donald Freeman of New Britain; his siblings, Jamice Klee of OK, James Freeman, Kaylee Longshore of NC, Jeffrey Frye and Emiliee, Alaura and Derek Hinton of Plantsville. He is also survived by his maternal grandmother, Ruby Silveroli of Alabama and his paternal grandmother, Teresa Freeman of Torrington.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, December 3, 2021 from 4- 6 p.m. at the Plantsville Home, 975 S. Main St, Plantsville. A memorial service will be held at a later date. For online condolences and directions, please visit www.plantsvillefuneralhome.com.
