Jesse James Miller passed away on March 16, 2023 at his residence. Jesse was born on April 13, 1989 in Charlotte, NC. Jesse loved fishing, taking vacations, and gardening. He was an amazing cook specializing in homemade buttermilk pies. Jesse was employed as a land surveyor with Bateman Civil Survey Company (BCSC). He loved caring for all his nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Left to cherish his memories include his mother, Sue Gonzalez (Lorenzo) and father, James Miller (Debbie); sister, Christina Miller Hill (Cody); step sisters, Gemna and Esmeralda; step brothers, Antonio & Eric (Monica); Aunt, Shirley Watson (Jason); great aunt; Patty Ward; uncles, Charlie Baker and Stevie Miller (Christy); nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Cynthia, Chance, Ryleigh, Carson, Conner, Tatiana, Ezra, Brodie, Maycie, Ada, Desi, Brexton, Lucas, Francis, Jaxon, Justin Jr., & Brooklynn; cousins, Austin, Michael, Mallory, Will, and Russell; as well as extended family, Tiffany, Samantha, Darian, Rosa (Eric), Amber (Justin) and Rebecca.
Jesse also loved his fur babies, Trixie, Bailey, and Shaqueefa.
The family will receive family and friends on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Benson Funeral & Cremation Services, 101 Oak Grove St., Mt. Holly. Services to Celebrate Jesse's Life will be held Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 12:00 PM also at the Funeral Home with Rev. Phillip King officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens also of Mt. Holly.
