Jesse Torres Obituary
Jesse, age 42, passed away on September 17, 2025. He was a son, a brother, a friend, a soldier, and a trucker, and now he belongs to God. Bless his soul.
Jesse pursued his life’s experiences with passion and hope for his future. He participated in High School ROTC and earned his diploma from Independence High School in Rio Rancho. Jesse also served at St. Thomas Aquinas as an altar boy.
He proudly served four years in the Marine Corps and earned an Honorable Discharge. After his service, Jesse obtained his Commercial Driver’s License and drove for Swift Trucking. He also earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice from Brown Mackie College.
Jesse enjoyed shooting and fishing with his grandfathers, having picnics with his grandmothers and family, and playing paintball with friends.
