He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Belinda Gene Soley; daughter, Tiffany Nicole Soley; sons, Jessie Kenneth Soley, Justin James Soley; sister, Mary Lindsey; brother, Albert Anthony; and grandchildren, Bently, Harmony, KC, Mickey, Easton, Thea, Adelynn, Kamden, and Elijah.
Jessie is preceded in death by his parents, Sylerann and Jessie Soley; brothers, Jessie W. Soley, Roy Anthony; and sisters, Lille Stafford, Annie Aavants, and Becky Reynolds.
A cremation was held and private family services will be held at a later date.
