Frank, age 81, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 29, 2025. He was a native of New Orleans, and a recent resident of Hammond, LA. Frank was the founder of Flight Crew Services of New Orleans, where he worked daily in the capacity of owner/operator. In his restful time, he enjoyed going sailing, also finding a good Karaoke venue to participate in, but most of all, Frank loved his 'CHINESE FOOD' !! His family always came first, best of all entertaining them by the swimming pool, and those wonderful Christmas parties every year. Frank was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and 'Paw Paw' who is already dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Frank is survived by his daughters, Carolyn Malbrough and husband David their two sons Ricky and Wade and loving great grandchild Nolan, Cristy Ann Finnorn and her three children Chelsea, Madison and Quinton and loving great grandchildren Mason, Emerson, Ellis, Lux, Ender and Holland; brother, Bill and his wife Janice Finnorn and their family.
Frank is preceded in death by his brother Rod Finnorn.
A 'Celebration of His Life' is being developed by the family and will be posted as soon as details are available. Please check back.

Frank (Buddy) was such a kind loving soul that always made everyone smile or laugh. His Christmas Parties were such a joy for him and his family and friends. He was a wonderful brother that we will dearly miss. We will always love him. Rest in Peace. Bill and Janice
