Jesus was born in Los Leones to Chalo and Cuca, he was the oldest of 8 siblings. He married the love of his life, Rosa, on August 10th, 1980. They went on to have 3 children: Rey, Paloma, and Gabi.
Jesus started his family roots in Los Leones and later migrated to Colorado where he spent the rest of his years. He mostly worked construction, but he started with a range of other odd jobs. He started off as a florist in the 80s and also as a cook in a Chinese restaurant. He was a taxi driver for a short while before Uber was a thing. When he moved to construction he hauled material for the oil fields, he was proudly apart of creating C-470, and he installed pipe at DIA. His last years he worked as a truck driver hauling materials and heavy equipment for various trucking companies.
He passed his time mostly working, but when he wasn't at work, he enjoyed staying busy. He made his wish come true of having a farm. He would go out to feed his chickens, horse, and dog. He loved horseback riding. He took pride in the upkeep of his home and cleanliness of his cars. On the weekends he loved to play music loudly. He was the life of the party, always singing and dancing. He made the best chicharrones and carnitas. He was an avid Broncos and Rockies fan. He also enjoyed going camping and enjoying the outdoors.
Jesus is survived by his wife, Rosa, his mom, and his 3 children. Along with 5 grandchildren; Adan, JuanPablo, Martin, Catalina, and Marianna. He preceded in death by his dad, and brother Joel.
Jesus will be remembered for his unconditional love, being a very hard worker, and very joyful.
