Jesusa "Susan" Andres Go breathed her last on June 6, 2024, surrounded by family at Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, Arizona.
Susan was born on April 8, 1958, in Manila, Philippines to Romana Santos and Romulo Andres. She was the sixth amongst ten siblings and she received her Banking and Finance degree from Ortanez University. She married Alfonso Go on February 9, 1981, and started a family. She and her family migrated to San Diego in 1990. She served residents as a CNA & Med Tech at Casa de las Campanas for over 28 years. They moved to Chandler, Arizona, in March 2023.
Susan held such a special place in the lives and hearts of all who knew her. She was a beloved daughter, doting sister, faithful wife, loving mother, eager grandmother-to-be, loyal friend, humble caregiver, and so much more. Susan was a devout Catholic and served with the heart of Christ. She loved to laugh and was full of funny stories she loved to share. She fought long and hard for her life and family she loved so dearly. She took care of everyone else first and now she finally gets to rest in peace after fifteen plus years of battling metastatic thymus cancer. We are so grateful for all the sweet time we got to have with her. We will miss her so very much but are confident she's gone to a better place.
Susan was 66 years old and is survived by her husband, Alfonso; three sons Alvin Jay, Khris Allen, Greg Francis, daughter-in-law Andrea Nicole, and soon arriving Grandson.
A private celebration of her life for her immediate family will be held at Gilbert Memorial Park.
