Jewell Luke Obituary
Born March 28, 1935, to Charles and Lenora Baldwin Cox, Jewell lived in this community most of her life. She worked as a legal secretary and was a member of Reid Presbyterian Church. Jewell enjoyed reading, traveling and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include daughters, Beth (Jeff) Fields and Julie (Rodney) Brown; grandchildren, Matt (Taiylor) Fields, Allison Fields, and Lily Brown; great grandchildren, Kendrick and Jameson; nieces; nephews; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Luke; parents; siblings, Luella Harris, Edgar Cox, Martha Cox, Nina Kirtley, Earl Cox, and Edna Mae Miller.
Graveside service for Jewell Berdene Cox Luke will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Earlham Cemetery.
