Jezika Curtis was born on January 20, 1985, in Payson, Utah, and returned to her loving Heavenly Father on July 4, 2025, in Lehi, Utah.
She graduated from Florida Technical College with a diploma in Medical Technology and certification as a Phlebotomy Technician. Jezika worked in various medical offices, where her passion for the field and compassion for others made a lasting impact.
Jezika is survived by her parents, David and Sheila Curtis; her siblings, Anne Marie (Joe) Kranich, Mandy (Josh) Peterson, and Cassie (Brady) Faber; and her beloved boyfriend, Dale Powell.
Jezika was a radiant, joyful soul with an infectious smile and the kind of laugh that filled a room. She lived life to the fullest and gave her heart freely to everyone she met. Goofy, spirited, and kind, she had a way of turning strangers into instant friends. Her big heart and thoughtful nature left a mark on all who knew her.
She loved the outdoors-especially camping, rock hunting, and days at the beach. She found beauty and meaning in the natural world, collecting crystals and believing deeply in their healing power. Time with her sisters was always filled with laughter, inside jokes, and playful teasing-memories that will be cherished forever.
Jezika had an unmatched ability to brighten a room and lift others up, always putting everyone else before herself. Her light, humor, and love will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
