Jill Marie Arnold passed away January 2, 2025, after a long battle with addiction. She is finally at peace and no longer hurting and we hope and pray she knows how much she was truly loved and how much we wish she would have won against the darkness that has enveloped far too many. She leaves behind a beautiful daughter and granddaughter.
Jill loved her daughter and granddaughter with all her heart. She loved her family and her friends and when she wasn't down, she would do anything she could to make others smile. She always had a light that drew people to her and even when that light got dimmed it still would glimmer through with strength. She loved the outdoors and walking, hiking, swimming, exploring. Springtime was her favorite. She had a love for music. I believe it brought her the most peace. To get lost in a song while doing anything. There were so many times we thought she would give up, but she held her head high and climbed back up. She was strength and weakness. Beauty and bold. She would tell you how it was one minute and hug away your tears in the next. She loved to laugh, and her laugh was so infectious. She deserved more of this life than she was given. She had more to give to this life.
Her climb and fight is finally over and she can now rest.
She is survived by her parents Christopher Arnold, and Nora Ramsey; her daughter, Autumn Sanders; granddaughter, Allura; sister, Christa Waters; and brother, Robert Ramsey.
Visitation will be held Friday, January 10, 2025, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Osborne-Williams Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 73-75 Columbia Ave., Greenville, where a memorial service will begin at 7:00 pm with Rev. Nero officiating.
