Jill will be missed by all those who loved her. She grew up in Ewing Township. Jill moved to Lititz PA with her husband before settling in Culleoka, TN. She loved horses and penguins. She was a poker enthusiast and loved to spend time in Atlantic City while living in Brigantine NJ.
She is predeceased by her mother and father Jane and Harry Askey. She leaves her husband Ted Carlisi, a Sister Kellee (Keith) Bryant and Brother Carter (Cathy) Askey. She was a loving aunt to Nephews Kenneth and Bradley Bryant, Scotty and Mikey Thompson, and nieces Kaitlyn Bilovol and Colleen Carter. She also had a close relationship with Chris(Terry) Duncan and family.
