Walbert Funeral Home & CrematoryJill A. (Leibold) Wentzel, 72, of Myerstown, passed away, surrounded by her loving family, on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, in Blandon.
Born June 8, 1953, in Reading, Jill was the daughter of the late Elsie M. (Reed) and Richard Leibold.
Jill was a 1971 graduate of Mount Penn High School. She held administrative positions in banking for many years and most recently was an administrative assistant at A. Hunter Property Management, Cleona, PA.
Jill loved antique shopping and thrifting, spending time at the beach, and her time with her friends, especially Deb Carl. Jill loved her kitty cats, most of all, Shadow, and truly cherished the special bond she had with her children and grandchildren.
Jill is survived by her children, Amanda L. (Wentzel) Campbell, wife of Brock P. Campbell, Blandon, and Eric P. Wentzel, Richland. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Adalyn, Aria, Aurora and Avery, the father of her children, Allan Wentzel, and by her brother, Scott Leibold.
Memorial Services for Jill will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 11:00 am at Walbert Funeral Home & Crematory, 14390 Kutztown Road, Fleetwood, PA. A visitation will be held for Jill on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the funeral home.
Donations may be made in Jill's memory to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County, 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
