Jim Slayback Obituary
Jim was the beloved husband of Barbara Jill Slayback (Mathews), with whom he shared 47 wonderful years of marriage. He was a retired truck driver who enjoyed staying active by buying and reselling antiques. Jim was known for his outgoing personality and never met a stranger.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 45 North Main Street, Walton, Kentucky 41094. Jim will be laid to rest at Burlington Cemetery on Tuesday, October 14, at 11:00 a.m.
He is survived by his wife Jill, his son Jim (Emily), and his grandson Winston, who will deeply mourn his loss.
